HIVE Digital Technologies has signed a five-year AI cloud services contract worth about $350 million, according to the company. The deal is expected to add roughly $70 million in annualized revenue and accelerate HIVE’s shift toward large-scale GPU infrastructure. The contract will deploy more than 2,000 Nvidia Blackwell Ultra GPUs in Canada, with a dedicated cluster expected to begin operating later this year at Bell’s AI Fabric facility in Merritt, British Columbia. The site runs on renewable hydroelectric power and uses closed-loop liquid cooling, eliminating ongoing water consumption for cooling. CEO Aydin Kilic said the agreement moves the company closer to its year-end target of $200 million in GPU cloud annualized revenue.
