SRG Global has delivered a record FY26 result, with EBITDA rising 34% to AUD 170.1 million and EBITA climbing 41% to AUD 131.8 million. The company's earnings per share increased 34% to AUD 0.138, while the second-half dividend rose 33% to AUD 0.04 a share.
The company's business continued to scale with strong margins and steady cash generation. Both divisions, maintenance and industrial services, and engineering and construction, benefited from repeat clients, a diversified customer base, and long-term contracts.
Financial Highlights
SRG Global's EBITA margin rose to above 10%, while EBIT margin reached just under 8%. The company's annuity-style earnings now account for about 80% or more of profit, giving the business more stability.
The company upgraded its FY27 guidance to EBITDA of AUD 195 million to AUD 205 million and EBIT of AUD 150 million to AUD 160 million. Management said the outlook is supported by several factors, including a strong pipeline and work already in hand.
