BAE Systems has appointed Michael Loeffler as its new vice president of supply chain, effective August 24, 2026. Loeffler will report to President and CEO Tom Arseneault and serve on the company’s senior leadership team. He will be responsible for supply chain strategy, execution, and program delivery across the organization’s businesses. Loeffler joins BAE Systems from Bell, where he served as vice president of global supply chain and logistics. With over 20 years of experience in aerospace and defense, Loeffler will bring his expertise to the role. He previously held supply chain positions at L3Harris, GE Aviation, and Boeing, and also served in the U.S. Navy as a submariner and staff instructor.
