Yalla Group reported mixed second-quarter 2026 results, with revenue of $82.6 million falling short of the $85.4 million forecast but still topping the company’s own guidance. The company's stock slipped 2.55% in the regular session to $5.34 and edged down another 0.56% after hours to $5.31.
The quarter reflected resilience in the face of regional headwinds, with total revenue declining 2.4% from a year earlier. Gaming remained the main growth engine, with game services revenue climbing to $34.2 million, or 41.4% of total revenue.
Revenue Outlook
Yalla expects revenue of $78 million to $85 million for the third quarter of 2026, implying a possible sequential decline from the second quarter. Management said full-year 2026 revenue should remain broadly in line with 2025 levels.
Business Performance
The company's flagship products held up well, helped by stronger engagement and a rebound in Yalla Ludo. The company is building a broader pipeline of casual, hyper-casual and Match-3 games to support growth in 2027 and 2028.
