Baird, Truist Securities and UBS Investment Bank are serving as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering, with William Blair acting as additional book-running manager. The selling stockholders also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 642,668 shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
