The company's average daily production for the six months ended June 30, 2026, was approximately 78,800 barrels of oil equivalent per day.

The transaction metrics indicate approximately $8.4 per barrel of oil equivalent of estimated proved reserves and approximately $6.3 per barrel of oil equivalent of estimated proved plus probable reserves.
