Optima bank SA rose 2.73% to an all-time high of €11.28, while HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings SA added 2.67% to a 5-year high of €15.00. In contrast, Avax SA fell 4.35% to €3.41, and Viohalco SA declined 3.46% to €17.30.
