The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on Thursday under the ticker symbol QNBC, with an option to purchase up to 160,714 additional shares at the public offering price. QNB Corp. plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including balance sheet restructuring and funding new loans.
The offering is being made pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-3 that was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 14, 2026. Brean Capital, LLC serves as the lead book-running manager, while Performance Trust Capital Partners, LLC acts as joint book-running manager.
QNB Corp. is the parent company of QNB Bank, which operates fourteen branches in Bucks, Lehigh, and Montgomery Counties, along with two loan production offices in Montgomery and Berks Counties.
