What is Celestia (TIA)?

Celestia represents a fundamental shift in blockchain architecture as the industry’s first modular blockchain network. Unlike traditional monolithic blockchains—which handle execution, settlement, consensus, and data availability on a single layer—Celestia decouples these functions.
